Childbirth Education

• Comprehensive 4-week course - $400

• Express “Birth Basics” class - $100

• Advanced Comfort Measures class - $125 (only through Birth Tribe)

Labor Doula Support

prenatal and Labor support - $600

• Two to three prenatal visits (depending on length of pregnancy) to learn about and prepare for birth and postpartum

• Unlimited support via phone, text, and email throughout your pregnancy and early labor

• Access to lending library of books to support learning

• Access to my professional resource list

• On-call 24/7 beginning two weeks prior to your due date

• Continuous support during labor and birth

• Up to two hours of support after birth to assist with bonding and nursing (if desired)

• One hour-long home visit within the first two weeks of your postpartum period

pLANNED CESAREAN sUPPORT - $500

• One prenatal visit to discuss Cesarean birth and explain the options that are available to you

• Unlimited phone, text, and email support to answer your questions and throughout your pregnancy

• Access to my lending library of books to support learning

• Access to my professional resource list

• Continuous support during birth

• Support of immediate postpartum recovery (up to two hours)

• One home visit scheduled in the first two weeks of your postpartum period

vIRTUAL DOULA Support - $500

• Just like a traditional doula, except services are provided virtually instead of in-person.

• Available to anyone regardless of distance - must have reliable phone/internet connections

• Two prenatal visits via phone or video conferencing

• Unlimited support via phone, text, and email

• Access to my professional resource list

• Intermittent/as-needed phone or video conference support during labor and birth

• Follow-up phone call/video conference session scheduled within the first two weeks of your postpartum period

Payment Details

• Childbirth education and labor doula support: 50% deposit due at time of booking. Remaining payment due at first prenatal visit/class session.

• I currently accept cash, check, and online payment via bank transfers or credit/debit cards. Returned check fee applies for bounced checks.
